Raised in a Christian family, Reverend Makaino Joseph was born in Malabo, Equatorial Guinea. In 1983 he made the decision to accept Christ as his Lord and Savior which revolutionized his life and the lives of those around him. A year later Rev. Joseph was divinely inspired to obey the gospel command "Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, Son and the Holy Ghost” Matthew 28:19.
While receiving a formal education, nothing meant more to him than being able to teach the word of God. This zeal led him to attend All Nations For Christ Bible Institute in Benin City, Nigeria. There he studied under the watchful eyes of the late Archbishop Beson Idahosa (one of Africa's leading evangelist who took the gospel to over 160 countries with signs and wonders following). This knowledge equipped him with the necessary pastoral skills he needed to accomplish various missionary projects in Africa and Europe.
His passion for winning souls took him to London, England where he worked under the leadership of Reverend Wynne and Reverend Colin Dye at Kensington Temple an Elim Pentecostal Church. Outreaches were conducted across Great Britain in London, Chester, Northampton and Manchester.
After a successful experience in London, He returned to Lagos, Nigeria planting churches across the country. He was then led to the United States, speaking at various ministerial engagements across twelve states.
Now equipped with the knowledge of his training and the experience of his travels he planted his current church, Gospel Network International Ministries in 1999.
His Christian virtues, in no small measure, positively affect the lives of everyone who comes in contact with him. With his acquaintances and charismatic bible training. Rev Joseph operates in the office of an apostle. A highly anointed man of God, he uncompromisingly preaches and teaches the word of our Lord Jesus Christ. These attributes also makes him a much sought after preacher and Bible expositor.
